VIZIO E500i-B1 50-Inch 1080p 120Hz Smart LED HDTV

What’s not to love? From box to “good to go” in 25 minutes.That’s say a lot, considering I’m a technologically challenged senior. With just a couple of minor tweaks to contrast and brightness, the picture is light years beyond my 4 year old Vizio. Skin tones look natural rather than simulated. Picture is crystal clear.The sound is as good as my old Vizio with a sound bar. I expected to be put through my paces getting my wifi network connected, but it’s just a matter of clicking on the connection you want to use and inputting your password. We dumped the dish a year ago and went with wifi streaming through Roku and an HD antenna. When I ran the antenna channel search, we gained 7 HD channels we weren’t able to get before. I’m not a techno wizard, so this opinion may not count for much, but although putting more money into a higher priced model may get you a larger screen, I honestly don’t see how it could improve on the picture quality.
